The manufacturer "PoliTechnoTrade" provides a 1-year warranty (regardless of the mileage) for spare parts for passenger cars.

As an official dealer, we include a warranty card with a signature and a wet seal in each order. The guarantee is issued for a specific product, the final term of the guarantee is indicated in the coupon.

TM "Poli Pro" products presented in this online store are manufactured according to high quality standards. The company is responsible for each product. Therefore, in the event of a warranty case, we will not ask unnecessary questions in order to deny you warranty service. The main condition is the presence of a valid warranty card.

In the event of a warranty case, we offer to replace defective silent blocks and stabilizer bushings with new ones. For other types of parts, we offer product reconstruction at the expense of the manufacturer. The new part is sent within three days if it is available. Or in the order of the queue for production or reconstruction.

Important conditions for warranty service:

• Send a photo of the defective part and the warranty card.
• Provide a video made without pauses and splices, if two or more parts fail.
• Send the part to production if reconstruction or re-pouring is necessary.

The manufacturer reserves the right to request the return of the part to determine the reasons for its failure, but such cases are extremely rare.

The warranty period starts from the day of delivery by courier or receipt of the parcel (according to the transport company) and ends one year later, but one day earlier. That is, if the order is received on May 20, the guarantee is valid until May 19 of the following year. At the same time, a new warranty card is not issued, and the term of the previous warranty is not extended.

ATTENTION, important clarifications!

The warranty applies only to silent blocks of the brand's signature color - orange, manufactured with standard stiffness.

The manufacturer does not provide a guarantee:

• For silent blocks, made to individual order - of a different color and non-standard stiffness.
• For products for vehicles that are not passenger cars - special vehicles, agricultural vehicles, commercial vehicles, etc.
• For spare parts for equipment and equipment.
• For parts for medical cars, manufactured according to individual parameters according to the requirements of the customer, and not by Vin-code.
• For other products according to the customer's individual order.

In the case of restoration of the engine cushion, the warranty is provided EXCLUSIVELY for the work of the manufacturer, and not for other parts of the structure! That is, the warranty case occurs only if the polyurethane breaks, or the polyurethane part peels off or sags. Cracks, chips and broken threads of the metal part are not covered by the warranty. Engine cushion vibration is not guaranteed.

If you used a sledgehammer, hammer or welded the part with a welding machine instead of a press to install the parts, the warranty is VOID!

In the event of a warranty case abroad, the delivery of the part for restoration or re-filling is paid by the customer.

You have the right to exchange or return the product without damages and violations of the integrity of the product and traces of use according to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days after the purchase. In this case, the cost of delivering the goods back to the sender is paid by the customer. The company pays the cost of return in case of a manager's error, but within Ukraine. A mistake is sending the wrong product that was agreed upon or sending a defective product.

Keep in mind that funds are returned to the card within 3 banking days after the manager receives the returned product. We do not accept postpaid returns. The bank's commission is charged to the recipient of the funds. A new exchange item is sent only after receiving the returned item.
