Polygreen company returns and exchanges goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"

Polygreen products go through several mandatory stages of control, so you get spare parts of proper quality. Sometimes, due to the human factor, it can happen that the wrong product is sent by mistake. In case of such an error, the company returns the product at its own expense and is ready to return the money or send the correct product.

If you wish to use the Consumer Protection Act and return or exchange a good quality product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the product. But in this case, the return of the spare part to the company is at your expense.

If the order consisted of a set of spare parts, then only the set, and not individual parts, is accepted for return.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product to the customer if:

• More than 14 days have passed since receiving the goods
• Spare parts have mechanical damage or traces of installation
• The product was found to be incomplete

Refund for goods

In working with clients, we are guided by the rules of the DPS and the resolution of the NBU ( https://ch.tax.gov.ua/kapaniya-prro/600598.html ), therefore, in situations where it is necessary to return money to the customer, the company "Polygreen" acts as follows as follows:

Refunds for returned goods or non-received goods (non-provided services) are made in the form of payment in which the payment transaction was made.

If the payment was made through the PRO using a bank payment card (POST terminal), the refund for the unreceived product (unprovided service) is made to the buyer's current account opened at the bank.

If the customer for some reason refuses to provide full bank details (name, current account, RNOKPP code), the company "Polygreen" reserves the right not to return the funds in another way (as this contradicts the current legislation).
